"There is a frequently used adage, which says, "There is nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come." It's true! The IDEA - that a variety of temporary help service owners could control their own destinies relative to workers' compensation insurance for their employees. The TIME - the first policies were issued in May 1993. From an initial count of 18 insureds, the company we formed, Temporary Services Insurance, Ltd. (TSIL) now counts for over 114 companies and a premium volume in excess of $65 million."

LoRayne Logan, TSIL President 1998 - 2002
the Work Place, Rockford, IL

"TSIL has been our best business decision since we began in the Staffing industry in 1986. We actually took a cost item and over 5 years have turned it into a profit item - who would have thought workers compensation could be your friend?"

Martin R. Sullivan, President
The Sullivan Group, Savannah, Georgia

"Since becoming a member of TSIL in 1995, our company has achieved new heights in client relationships through improved safety, controlled workers comp costs and increased productivity.  In today's business environment, it is critical to align your staffing firm with a solid insurance program.  TSIL has contributed to our continued success.

Helen Davison, Owner/CFO
Unistaff, Inc. Richmond, VA

"Our firm has saved more than $200,000 in premiums since joining the captive. In addition to that, our insurance costs have dropped another 25% within the captive program since we joined. We have built an asset in excess of $250,000 that will continue to grow, and then be returned as a dividend. The teamwork and professionalism of the captive's service providers makes every phase of risk management, acquiring coverage, audits, and claims management, simple and manageable."

Tom Damson, President
Longs Personnel, Mobile, AL

"As I observe the direction of work comp for the staffing industry, it reaffirms that one of our best business decisions was to join TSIL in 1993. It paid off in 1993 by reducing our premiums by $236,000 and it continues to pay off today. The support from the Zurich, Captive Resources, and Risk Control Services has been excellent. The magic of what a good loss control program can do continues to amaze me!"

Elizabeth Rice, Executive Vice President
